It’s out. If you’ve jailbroken your iPhone, please do not upgrade to 1.1.3, there’s no way to back. You loose all your installed apps and this can’t be jailbreak again, until Feb 29 (when SDK is released by Apple and jailbreak people release it to avoid Apple patch again and the jailbreak do not works anymore).
