Are 'wet dreams' real?

I’m 33 and have never had a wet dream. I have had sex in dreams but never to the point where I would wake up with my bed wet. I usually wake up just before things get really good. Do people, mainly adults, have wet dreams? Do they really wake up in their own ejaculate? How can I do this too?
