I would like to die in my sleep. I imagine that might be one of the easiest and best ways to expire.

If I’m looking for adventure on my way out then I’d like to die while having sex. I think it would be groovy to be coming while I’m going.

Quickly and painlessly, preferably in my sleep!

I’d like to go at the point in my life when I am “nearest” to God. Perhaps during prayer. If there is an afterlife, this may help ensure admittance into heaven. An eternity of fire sounds too horrid. I have sensitive skin.

The same way that Benjamin Button did. I liked that story long before it became a movie. It was the best among those stories, although he was drinking pretty heavily by the time it was released. (The anthology that is.)

In my sleep, aafter a hopefully long life but more importantly while still mentally and physically fit.

Death by Snoo Snoo would be my choice…

I want to go the way my grandmother did, peacefully, of old age, surrounded by people I love and who love me. Being my boyfriend’s arms would be a bonus.

I wouldn’t want to die in my sleep, too boring. I want to see it coming, and go down in a blaze of glory.

Whatever it is, do it painlessly. And I wanna have lived a good life. And I wanna have those close to me near. And I wanna be able to say a few last coherent words.

I want to go without pain. So if I’m old, I hope i’m either sleeping or enjoying a morphine drip.

I always thought falling off a building would be good. You wouldn’t feel the impact and I could fly before I die!

@cyndyh I just think it would happen so quickly that you wouldn’t feel the impact. I guess I don’t really know that since I never studied physics.

I have. I think that’d be one of the most painful ways to die.

It used to be important to me that I die in some wonderful or heroic way.

Now, I just don’t want to be found hanging from a Bangkok closet naked, except for the fish net stockings.

I want to go in my sleep like my Grandpa did, not screaming like the people in the back seat of his car.

@yziabites I don’t know, but something out of the ordinary. Something that in (place religious afterlife here) I can look back and say, “Damn, that was frickin awesome.”

I don’t normally think of how I want to die, other than I just don’t want to go quietly.

@MacBean i’ve read somewhere that human combustion is like really really quick, and there with be no remains left. i don’t think i’d like to go out that way. :)

I would prorbably die of fear or curiosity.
