Does anyone use Rhapsody and have you had any problems with it?

I subscribe to Rhapsody to get my mp3s. I’ve never had any trouble with it until I formatted my hard drive and forgot to get the software off before hand. Now, I can’t download the correct software I need! It’s frustrating and pissing me off terribly. Anyone else had a similar problem?
