Should it be possible to flag an answer as good after its been removed my a moderator?

the answer is replaced with “Removed by Fluther moderators.”
soooo how would you flag it good/bad answer?

No way. You have to move in fast and serpentine-like before mods note question is rotten.

Quips are removed when they violate the community guidelines. Many times it’s because the quips are personal attacks which are decidedly not “great answers”.
