Do bats always turn left when exiting a cave/building?

A friend just asked me this and I have no idea. Googled it and it came up with erm yes, erm no and erm maybe!! So what is the answer??? Do they only turn left I can’t see why this would be of benefit to them?? I know this could be a yes no answer but explanations would be appreciated!
