How come my HD uploads don't show up as having the HD option on Youtube.com?

I have a UltraHD camera that I use to create videos… but when I upload them to youtube they don’t have the HD option enabled.

Save your movie as:
Container MP4
Video H.264 Advanced Profile 1280×720 24 fps 1500kb/s
Audio AAC 192 kb/s stereo

Bitrates may vary but don’t compress to much cause youtube will compress again. This should result in an HD video.
