How can I put my own photos and videos on my iPod Touch?

I have an iPod Touch and I can put my music on it with iTunes, but I cannot figure out how to put my photos and videos taken from my camera onto it.

if your pictures are on the computer, go into itunes on the sync tab with the ipod plugged in, and click the photo’s tab, click the box that says sync photos.

For photos: Like @Kiev749 said, but if you dot want all of those photos to go in there, just select the files you do want. You can also rename them.
For videos: Click on videos, sync, and drag the ones you want to the little box.
