What does "Removed by Fluther Moderators" mean?

I saw a box supposedly contains an answer, but there was that entry “Remove by Fluther Moderators”.

It means that comment was spam, dumb, or otherwise inappropriate for the Fluther community, as deemed by one of Fluther’s moderators. If you see such an answer, you can alert the moderators by flagging it.
