Self-confidence and personality aren’t really body parts.
I think lips are the sexiest.
How about the mind/brain?
I think brains are sexy. Especially big ones.

Once a man met my general criteria – intelligent, not too heavy, not cocky, not a stupid joke-teller, kind, taller than I – I always checked out hands (nail biters always made me shudder and still do) and arms. A penis without a smart, sweet guy attached to it is pretty boring…

otherwise, i would say it depends on the person. sometimes eyes, lips, jaw bone, nose, hair, hands, biceps, legs…... nice feet are always a big plus.
@zina LOL! I originally read your comment without the comma between “nose” and “hair”. Nose hair is definitely not sexy.
Hands is my thing. You should take care of yourself, hygiene, looks etc. A good firm well-toned body clean shaved and smell nice is absolutely turn-on!
clean hands and feet with trimmed nails..flat abdomen is an add on..

I would have to say eyes, teeth, and the V-shaped muscle on the lower abdomen (that Zina mention above) I love that part of a mans body. Also, the lips.
