How do you create the effect in the song "She Wolf" by Shakira, during the "SOS she's in disguise, Theres a She Wolf in Disguise, Coming Out, Coming Out, Coming out"?

Asked by jdogg (871points) August 3rd, 2009

It sounds almost like electronic harmony, or like a electronic choir or something like that, would anyone know what could create that effect? Anyone know some other songs that use the same effect (I know there is another song from the late 90’s and early 2000’s that had this effect, but my memory so vague i can’t remember it). Thanks!

huh? oh, yeah the thread, little distracted… if you’re talking about the robotic sound for the chorus it’s pretty much just your basic voice alteration software I think, you can find programs online, or devices if you perform live, it’ll take a little shopping around on your part to find the right sound you’re looking for though.
