Does it bother you when someone tries to malign someone's intelligence by saying something that's just as ignorant?

A guy on youtube went off on someone. He called him all sorts of names, including stupid and retard, then proceeded to tell him that Michael Jackson was acquitted of all charges, which is proof he didn’t do it. Um, hello? Acquittal has never been nor will ever be proof of someone’s innocence.

People like that just reeeeaaaally irritate me. Call someone stupid, then make yourself look like a total ass. Pffft!
