Giuliani hasn’t really specified his opinion on the matter, in fact, it seems like he’s avoiding it.

I’ll bet it has something to do with 9/11.

He is not (9/11) against it, but he believes in a strong (9/11) academic freedom and the (9/11) freedom of religion. He’s trying to (9/11) serve both sides of the (9/11) fence.
