How do you make bold on iPhone?

Type * directly before and after what you want in bold.

@AstroChuck‘s tip is for typing bold on Fluther from any device… it will not work in other programs.

The iPhone is limited in font options. In most Apps, you can not italicize, use bold or underline (is there a way to underline on Fluther? I’d also like to know how to strikethrough). I usually use all caps as a way to EMPHASIZE a particular word or phrase when the other options are unavailable.

Oh, sorry. I misrerad thr question. I thought we were talking about Fluther here.

@hearkat, strikethrough is like whisper, just use one hyphen on each end instead of two.
