if you know where the squeak is coming from (its usually where 2 pieces of leather are rubbing) then go buy some mink oil, its similar to clear shoe polish and comes in a tin just like shoe polish. apply the mink oil with a soft cloth or paper towel to both pieces of leather that are causing the sound. this should lubricate that interface and reduce the squeaking or eliminate it. failing that some stores will take shoes back because they squeak, although i used to work for one of these stores and always thought that was kind of ridiculous.
