How to sync a jawbone mobile device with a new phone?

I had a jawbone bluetooth device with my old phone and now have a new phone. I am trying to sync it up with my new phone and it is asking me for a numeric code from the jawbone. I dont know where to find this code and the new phone wont allow the jawbone to sync until i find it. Any ideas?

here is a link to the official Jawbone pairing guide

Nearly all devices use four zeros (e.g. 0000) as the code. Sometimes it’s the last four digits of your phone number.
