there’s all sorts of whitening strips out there… go wonder around a super market for 5 minutes and I’m sure you’ll come across some.

I have a friend who swished with peroxide every day and it whitened his teeth. I think you have to do it for a long time each day- like hold it in your mouth for a while… Here’s and article I just googled.

I’ve heard that mushing strawberries into a pulp and mixing with baking soda can be useful for whitening teeth. I tried it once or twice but found that my teeth hurt a little bit afterward and decided not to try again.

PS: I had a very bad experience with that professional Brite smile thing where they use a blue light, never do it.
