What to do to prevent hair from getting white?
my hair are becoming white. i want to stop my hair from getting white. what should i do?

Uhm, dye it? Won’t help much in the prevention area, but it might be a solution.
Not naturally. Nature’s headed in a specific direction on that one. There’s not much anyone can do but embrace the change.
I think if there were a natural antidote to loss of hair color, it wouldn’t be a secret.

I did read somewhere that copper has something to do with it. Wonder what food has copper in it?
As far as I know, there’s not a thing you can do to stop it. You’ll either have to embrace it or dye it. I go back and forth between the two, myself!
I just started getting some white hairs. I have about 11 that I know of and I am constantly snipping them at the base with scissors. I’d like to grow old gracefully but I’m still a kid at heart. Maybe I should stop fighting it. I don’t know.
A lot of it is genetics.
You could go for the George Clooney look.
You can’t avoid your hair turning gray, you’re hair is now losing color and you can’t escape it! You’re options are to embrace it (and I think gray hair can look cool) or dye it!
There is only one option. Shave your head. With my head shaved, people assume I am in my late 30’s. When I let it grow in, they assume I am in my mid 70’s. I am one year away from 50.
