You take it of course when you have difficulties getting hard (so, go see your doctor first, if that is your problem, if it’s a physical cause she/he’ll probably prescribe them to you).
There can be psychological reasons also.
But then to your actual question: i guess it can help in having long-lasting sex, but if you have the stamina of somebody who does not work out and stays on the couch for years, it’ll probably be over in 45 seconds.
And i am not sure if you go flaccid again after the deed.

Well if you need it, you’re probably older, which is a disadvantage.

Advantage: increases the chance of having several erections in a given time frame
Disadvantage: next day headaches, bodyaches, sometimes no orgasm when you want to let go.

Personally, I’d rather my guy enjoy one good go-round than hurt his body in order to further please me, impress me or impress himself.
