Milenium Designer 5 is based on Xpress… same tools and functions.
If you are used to xpress you can work with milenium, too.
Milenium Designer 5 you can use on Mac and PC.

The biggest difference is that it is an editorial system which could be used by hundreds of people at the same time. At a consequence: first there have to be defined styles for the used CorporateDesign fonts (of the newspaper) all editors and layouters can work with. If that is allready done… (by colleagues of the firm you want to work with, or the firm you bought it)... its easy and like xpressMilenium Designer 5 is based on Xpress… same tools and functions.

Hi, im working in Chile, in a newspaper. I have no problem with the software, im using it for some time now, i just want to know its limitations and functions in detail so i can push the system a little, because people here doesnt seem to care to explore it deeper, but i’ve found detailed image manipulation settings, but i cant test it all because ‘the clock is running’, you know… publishing the newspaper on time and stuff. but is ok, i just want to know more about the software; thanks
