Why that picture?

Asked by Foolaholic (5804points) January 18th, 2008

Just out of curiosity, why did you choose the profile you’re using now? Is it significant in some, or just interesting to you personally, or what?

As for myself, the cowboy is a character I played in the school drama club last year. Both my favorite character to play and the best show we’ve done by far, so I use the pic to keep it alive.

I own, maintain and drive classic cars. My pic is a 1956 Ford Thunderbird, the same as Sybil Shepard drove in American Graffiti. Actualy my wife has title to the car!

This question promped me to add my picture of my (then) 2 month old chocolate lab, Huckleberry, as my image. BTW his (yellow) brother is Finnighan. Another BTW, Hucky is now 6.8 months old and weighs 75 pounds!

i’m a big fan of the “Cheat Commandos” cartoons on Homestarrunner.com because they poke fun at the old GI Joe cartoons I watched when I was a kid.

When I joined Fluther, I wasn’t sure I’d stick around, so I put up a generic icon I’d found or made somewhere or other. Never got around to changing it.
