I have an implant replacing one front tooth, and am getting ready to have two molars replaced over the next 6 months. $3000 is about right for the implant and the crown. I haven’t had a bit of trouble with the one that I have.

i have three. the first two i did about 14 years ago, no problems and they don’t get cavities!! the third i did about 3 or 4 years ago – same thing. you can eat what you want, there are no wires like bridges. the thing i did not like about a bridge is they have to either put wires around your other teeth or file down the good teeth, and i don’t like that idea. implants sound scary because it’s an operation, believe me the operation is painless and you’re in and out. you can go out that day like normal. the only part that’s a hassle is the several steps – the two operations and then the crown – but it’s so worth it. i recommend them to everyone.
