Can you help me find a teacup poodle breeder in Thunder Bay, Ontario?

I plan to get my Dad to buy me a teacup poodle (smaller than the toy) for Christmas this year. I live in Thunder Bay, Ontario Canada. I would want them to be purebred, and have their shots/deworming. I am also going to go to the local animal shelter, does anyone know any breeders? Also can you guys help me think of names. My Mum prefers me to get a girl, but it doesn’t matter to me. For a boy I like Teddy, and Buddy. For a girl I kind of like Maggie. I like really cute, small baby sounding names. Any ideas?
