Why are orange Tic Tacs the only ones that are chewy?

I never thought about this until I saw the question. Then I tried to figure it out on the internet because now I also want to know. The last thing I tried was the official site. ferrero.com – Nothing. So I looked at contact info so I could mail them and ask. They only have a snail mail address on their site. How far behind in technology are they?
