Is there a good integrated virus-and-spyware scanner available for Windows XP for free?

I use Avira, Ad-Aware, and Spybot, plus Defender, and they work very well, but I’d like one single application that scans for and eliminates all flavors of malware and, if possible, can be scheduled to update and run periodically without intervention by me. If I can get this, but not for free, I might still be interested – but not if it’s from Symantec.
