Do you ever find yourself making sexual noises at inappropriate times?

Asked by Facade (22937points) September 29th, 2009

I don’t know how to explain this exactly, but I can give an example:
I’m playing a game online where you have to stack different sized and shaped objects. I’ll squeal if it’s wobbling, moan if it falls, etc. I’m always afraid someone will hear and get the wrong idea lol.

Does this happen to any of you?

No, that has never happened to me. But if you are playing Super Stacker I can totally understand what you are going through! My daughter and I were both addicted to that game until we finally managed to beat it!

syz's avatar

Nope.

Facade's avatar

@MissAusten Super Stacker 2 :)

Yes, sometimes when cooking and a lot of times when feeding little bites to someone else. I turn into a big ole goober and get excited to see the other excited.

MissAusten's avatar

Yes, we went through both versions! It’s maddening!

ruanua's avatar

No, but I’d like to hear more details, Facade.

Sometimes I yell, “I’M CUMMING” if someone is asking me when I’ll be down for supper.

Facade's avatar

@ruanua I’m sure you would :)

eponymoushipster's avatar

Yeah, on Fluther. Ohhhh baby yes Yes YES!!

augustlan's avatar

When eating something delicious my husband has cooked, I frequently moan.

Allie's avatar

No. Not that I know of.
I’ve faked sex noises in inappropriate places though. To name a couple, a library and a supermarket.

eponymoushipster's avatar

is it wrong to make sex noises on the phone?

Facade's avatar

@Allie That’s pretty funny :)

@eponymoushipster Very! :P

Sampson's avatar

@eponymoushipster No, but it sure is expensive.

eponymoushipster's avatar

@Sampson @Facade what if it’s someone you care about, but can’t be near?

Facade's avatar

@eponymoushipster I was just kidding

cookieman's avatar

Sure. With really good food.

If I’m noshing on some homemade, hot and fresh morsel of goodness, you know there’s gonna be some sweet nothings spilling from my lips.

oh, hi. ::waves:: you-you’re all still here?! sorry.

MissAusten's avatar

I’m kind of jealous of you all. With three little kids whose rooms are either next to or across from ours, I don’t even get to make sex noises during sex.

Facade's avatar

@MissAusten Go have sex in other places, it’s more fun :P

MissAusten's avatar

Small house. :( I’d rather have a kid walk into our bedroom, where at least the sheets are handy (and yes, that’s happened once or twice or ten times) than the kitchen or living room!

filmfann's avatar

I don’t even make sex noises when I am having sex!

Facade's avatar

@MissAusten I meant like a park, a garage, etc.

cookieman's avatar

…or at @Facade‘s house while she’s playing video games.

le_inferno's avatar

When I stretch, I inadvertently make orgasm-y noises.

MissAusten's avatar

Ah. You mean, leave the house with just my husband and not a kid? Interesting concept. :) Don’t worry, for someone whose been married 11 years and contributed greatly to the overpopulation of the planet, my sex life is surprisingly satisfying, even if a bit quiet!

Facade's avatar

@le_inferno Me too!
@MissAusten It’s fun to be quiet sometimes…seeing how much you can take without making a sound, teehee

MissAusten's avatar

Maybe that’s the secret of our success!

La_chica_gomela's avatar

@MissAusten: You don’t have a lock on the bedroom door? O_O
First thing I did when I moved into my new place, and I don’t even have kids!

MissAusten's avatar

@La_chica_gomela We used to have locks on the doors, but one day my older son accidentally locked his brother (a toddler who couldn’t figure out how to unlock the door) in one of the bedrooms. The knobs weren’t the kind you could “pick” with a hairpin, and I had to literally kick the door open (ruining it but forever impressing my boys). We replaced all the doorknobs shortly after that incident. I’ve thought about getting a lock for our door, but honestly we’ve only been walked in on once and the kid didn’t see a thing.

@MissAusten, and if you are lucky, he won’t suddenly remember ‘not seeing a thing’ in therapy in a few years. =)

I have a naughty and often “over-the-line” sense of humour, so I’m sure I’ve made those noises at times when most others would not, just to amuse myself and friends. It helps to stay in practice for the real thing , right?

Bluefreedom's avatar

I can make those noises at inappropriate times as long as I have someone touching me in the appropriate places. Pleasure first and embarrassment later. I try not to overdo the whole exhibitionism thing but common sense sometimes goes by the wayside when I’m in the throes of ecstasy.

...When Harry Met Sally!
i LOVE making sexy noises all the time
...especially with my girl! (or when i’m eating)
BUT, ESPECIALLY WHEN I’M EATING MY GIRL! ((o;

YES! I have a really bad habit of screaming like I have just received the Biggest, Best Orgasm known to man when I stretch. I even do it in public and scare people. Also when I have an eargasm. The definition of an eargasm is when you get an instrument (preferably a bobby pin) and you slowly scratch the inside of your ear. It will make you purr like a kitten but you should do it only in the privacy of your own home. People don’t understand.

cbloom8's avatar

Sounds like a psychological disorder.

mabl8tr's avatar

oh, be nice cbloom! (o:
...maybe like being judgmental?

ruanua's avatar

@sjmc1989 I’m fascinated. Please continue.

I have made sexual noises when I shouldn’t. If my husband is away and I’m sitting thinking about the amazing night/morning we had I will let out a groan and shudder remembering the excitement! I pass it off as a cold shiver and try to ignore it as best I can. I don’t think anybody pays any attention to it after that!
