Anyone know what kind of coffee they serve at Le Pain Quotidienne? What kind of beans? French press?

Anyone know what kind of coffee they serve at Le Pain Quotidienne? What kind of beans? French press? I love their coffee but didn’t see them make it. Thanks!

And is it a chain or can you tell us the location?

Yes gailcalled, you’re correct. Me no-speakey le french :)

It’s a chain I guess. Here are locations. It’s a very high end cafe. Delicious fresh food/breads. http://www.lepainquotidien.com/

Their web site says that they use organic beans; that means no bleach. French press is simply a grind for the French Press Machine. You can use gorgeous coffee or rot gut in one of them.

I see that they are in only DC, NYC, CA and CT, so far. Next time you are there, ask a waiter.
