Noscript + adblock is a great combination. I haven’t really found that I need anything more. They both really speed up the loading of a lot of sites by blocking a lot of annoying scripts and advertising content, but noscript can be a little annoying at first. Once you get used to it, though, you find that you don’t like browsing without it.

For the general usage, I would recommend Greasemonkey, Adblock Plus, Easy YouTube Video Downloader, and Fetch Text URL.

For Web Developers, I would also recommend Firebug, Live HTTP Headers, Web Developer Toolbar, and Html Validator.

Also, for people that don’t have time to read everything right now, I would recommend Read It Later.

Del.icio.us, of course!

(There’s a keyboard shortcut to add a bookmark—very nice.)
