What are some great new plays that you have either seen or read?

I am starting a series of staged readings and am looking for some advice on new plays that you may have encountered recently. Older plays are fine as well, but if it was written in the last 4 or 5 years that would be great. Mostly I just want to know what plays you would go listen to. (A few examples, August: Osage County by Tracy Letts, Ruined by Lynn Nottage, Book of Days by Lanford Wilson, Shipwrecked by Donald Margulies…)
