Spa recommendations for NYC?

I am looking for a place in Manhattan where I can buy a gift certificate for a friend…Somewhere where, in addition to getting a massage, she can stay for a while and relax in hot tubs, saunas, etc. Any recommendations for around $100 (including massage and access to other relaxing spa amenities)?
