Is there any solution out there that incorporates web conferencing and remote support?

I’d like to know if there is a software or product out there that does not require different accounts in order to have remote support and web conferencing.

You can do both with Go To Meeting

Yuuguu is a free, secure, cross platform tool that will let you screen share and remote control over the net. There is also a web browser version available for viewers so that only the host needs to have the client installed.

Try OovoO – free (mostly) very cool, really nice/glossy interface, easy. though it doesn’t sound that business-e. FYI – First say “who” and then say “voodoo” now say OovoO and that’s how you pronounce it).

Adobe also has something like that, but flash can be annoying with them.

Check out RHUB’s web conferencing and remote support appliances. They have a 4-in-1 appliance the includes web conferencing, remote support, remote access, and unlimited webinars. What makes them different is that you own the hardware and you don’t pay monthly fees unlike gotomeeting/webex. I think gotomeeting is only conferencing by the way.
