Does anyone know of a good site to make a professional-looking, personalized "gift card"?

I want to give my sister a “coupon” for a matching necklace set for her and her doll, but she gets to choose the style and color of the necklaces and I’ll make them for her. I want to make it look professional and stuff, maybe make it look like a gift card to a real store. Any ideas for some sites? I would prefer it to be low-price. Thank you so much!

I don’t know of any sites that do this. But if you mock-up what you are thinking of in something like Paint I’m sure we could come up with something pretty.

Good idea, but since the computer guy cleaned up our comp, I can’t find paint and I don’t like the ones off the net.

If you have a Mac, iPhoto has a pretty neat function where you can make personalized cards of various sorts. They have some nice templates and they’re pretty customizable. You can use photos in your library as well. You can then buy the card you designed from the Apple Store; I believe it’s about $2 or so.
