Speaking from no experience, I would say the German Autobahn.

In the UK, roads around the Isle of Skye and Snodonia are reportedly great.

From personal Experience… the stretch of Autobahn from Munich to Salzburg is amazing in every sense of the word.

I hear the Autobahn is pretty bitchin’.

@Foolaholic Wrong answer. Many of the autobahns meet @Kade13‘s requirements, sure, but the problem is that you’ll be too busy keeping a watchful eye on your rearview mirror to enjoy the scenery. There are few things more terrifying than to be cruising along at a nice 150 kph clip and have a modified M6 rush up behind you as if you’re standing still (at 0:47 when he says “Amerikaner”, and blows by that poor sucker, he’s going 237 kph – and still a long way from top speed!).

The road from south to north, Westfjords, Iceland, ending in Isafjordur.

If you don’t like speed limits it’s Germany. If you don’t like congested roads and densely populated areas try northern Scandinavia.

Italy, south of Naples: The Sorrentine peninsula and the Amalfi Coast, especially in the off season. Not for sissies, though. Ciao!
