Where can I find a program that makes it snow on my Vista desktop?

About six years or more ago a friend of mine gave me a link to download a program that can make my desktop snow but now I’ve lost touch with that friend and now I want to find that program back since it’s Christmas.

So is there a program for Vista that I can download and make my whole desktop snow?

Do you mean a snow screensaver, or an actual desktop (assuming this “snow” is moving)? I don’t think you can put icons ontop of a moving picture.

@ChocolateReigns I meant actual snow moving on the desktop, when you don’t move your mouse the snow lands on your taskbar and fills up, etc.
