Friends at work friends with benefits outside?

Asked by jamcanfi74 (444points) December 11th, 2009

Ok so I’m going to bring up the fact that I don’t want a relationship with mike but do want something but it can end whenever its unconfortable or he/I want out. How do I bring this up without feeling like a fool or awkard if he says no? No one will get pregnant I will make sure of that.

Friends with benefits at work is a guaranteed way to get fired.

How will you feel working with him if he says no?

Who is Mike, someone you work with? It’s always a bad idea to hook up with coworkers. If he’s great enough to sacrifice peace in your work environment, go for it. If not, save yourself from major potential problems.

coworkers and sex is a bad bad idea one of the worst ever you have to spend every day there some times all day when it breaks off if it does easily any way it will be awkward if it doesn’t break off easy or you do get pregnant it will be most likely hostile and chances of loosing your job either way

I’m responding to these responces. I won’t get pregnant. If he says no then he says no I’ll move on it’s not that important to me but would be nice. I’ve had other relationships inside the work enviromnt that turned out fine so I’m not worried. I searousy doubt eather of us will say anthing.

So it sounds like you made your mind up already. Why did you ask the question?

Ive decided just to flirt back and forth and if something happens it does and if it doesnt it doesnt

While you are flirting, mix in some gentle physical contact. Lightly brush him with your fingers. He’ll get the idea.
