What possible ways can a third party infiltrate your own personal Facebook?

Asked by Oceanflower (192points) December 13th, 2009

Information such as, who I communicate with, and what is being said on my Facebook is being repeated by someone who does not have access to my FB. My settings are on the highest privacy options with only friends being able to view pictures or conversation.

Maybe someone who does have access to your facebook is relaying information to this person.

Either that, or they have figured out either your password, or the passwords of one of your friends.

A lot of facebook apps give the maker of the app access to your entire network. Some apps are being used to infiltrate people’s networks.
