How swollen does one's mouth get after having four wisdom teeth removed?

I’ve never broken a bone but it was the worst pain of my life and my cheeks were so swollen I looked like alvin with Simon in one cheek and theodore in the other!

It varies. Some people are more sensitive than others and some dentists are clumsier than others. I had mine out one morning, and went to work that afternoon with no noticable swelling or pain.
