Do you have your name or anything personally in honor of you tattooed on someone else?

My father has my nickname on his arm and my godfather has my initial, V, as well as his other goddaughter’s initial on his arm as well.
Have any of your friends, family members, S/O’s gotten a tattoo in honor of you?

yes, daddy got my name on his arm! yay, this question made me happy.
I have ’ mummys boy’ on my foot in honour of my mother who passed away

My husband has my name and the names of our boys on his arm. He also has a portrait on the same arm of both of the boys. My older son is not biologically his, but he has raised him since he was 10 and considers him his son 100%.
@Shemarq That’s really beautiful, Shemarq. I’m currently working with a tattoo artist to help me create a collage of the things in my life that mean the most to me. It will cover half of my back. It includes a picture of my father in silhouette with his sister when they were younger.
There’s more to the story behind it, but I can’t wait to get it completed.
@Vunessuh That sounds absolutely wonderful. Tattoos with meaning I think are the best of all. I’m actually going to be getting my first one. Its going to be my birth sign with symbols symbolizing my husband and kids.

My mother, father, godfather and I all have tattoos, (they all just have one though with no intentions of getting another) but we’ve always been kind of the black sheeps compared to the rest of the family. No one else would ever dream of getting a tattoo. :)
One of my ex-partners and I have the same tattoo that we got in honor of each other but nothing with our names was in it – he was also the one that got ‘freedom’ in gaelic tattooed on his inner wrist because that’s what he said I brought him…
@Vunessuh I was thinking about getting it on my chest (top of the boob) or maybe on my back shoulder. I haven’t quite decided yet.
I have my class ring tattooed on my ex best friend’s forehead who F’d me royally!!

@Cruiser Sorry to hear. Those kind of tattoos are usually easier to remove, but can hurt just as bad. :)
My husband has my name tattooed on his bicep. He has our sons birth date on his forearm.
