Will using .NET 3.5 server side for a web site place any notable restrictions on what web browers can use the site?

Asked by BillRivers (10points) December 21st, 2009

IIS7 with WCF services and ASP.NET web forms implemented in .NET 3.5 SP2 is the server architecture.

I am interested in browser incompatibilities, Javascript and cookie assumptions, operating system limitations, that I should look out for on the client side.

.NET 3.5 VSTS feature won’t restrict you on any navigation features.VSTS is solely browser independent. You could publish your site on any browser, but you need to do some customization while using firefox. Some addin features are needed to make your Server side setup function properly.
