Is this FB group legit?

Here’s the link. Does it actually work? Can you actually change your FB theme? And if so, why does it only work if 75% of your friends join? It just seems like spam to me (like those emails that say “do this and your wish will come true”). But it would be awesome if you could.

It’d be spam. I’m sure you could change your facebook layout with a plugin like greasemonkey or such, but not via group that makes you invite 75% of your friends… lol

If you start a FB group and have 75% of your friends join, you can declare that other one spam and they will have to believe you. ;)
