How do you save and send or send a document you created on microsoft works?

Asked by trailsillustrated (16799points) December 28th, 2009

I’m sending it to myself for a test, cause I don’t want the person who’s getting it to know I’m a computer retard, but I can’t get it to open , it says the file might be corrupted and then my explorer shuts down. And I’ve tried to copy and paste it and that won’t work either. Any ideas?

If the file is corrupted then there isn’t much that can be done with it period. If you can’t open it, it’s useless, and any copies you make of it will likewise be useless.

Now, if you actually had a valid saved file that was capable of being opened (the “Save” command is in the “File” menu, though most programs will ask you if you want to save your un-saved work when you quit them) then sending it as an e-mail attachment if the easiest way to go… but let’s get a valid, openable file first ;)
