I need free software to slow down video?

I want to low down regular speed video of my new NERF guns (1 Longshot CS-6, 1 Firefly REV-8 and 2 Nite Finders) shooting pop cans. Know of anything?

Windows Media Player also has variable speed control under the Now Playing/Enhancements tab.
