What is/are your favourite movie(s) from the '90s?

Asked by andrewmgsutton (162points) January 3rd, 2010

Any genre works for me but I’m leaning towards watching a good ol’ ‘90s cult film tonight. Any suggestions/recommendations?

Cheers

Check out “Hard Eight,” the 1996 directorial debut of Paul Thomas Anderson. FABULOUS!

As I was a kid in the 90s, I have lots of favorite kid’s movies: Babe, Big, the Secret of Roan Inish, Harriet the Spy, Matilda, etc.

Sling Blade, The Shawshank Redemption, Rush Hour, Good Will Hunting, The Matrix, Forrest Gump, GoodFellas, and Schindler’s List are all really good movies that cames out of the 90s.
And I think if I was going for a cult film, I would choose either Sling Blade or The Shawshank Redemption.
I hope you finally find the movie you want to watch. :)

Great answers, everyone, and thanks a million for your time! Keep ‘em coming!

It’s like I’ve been hiding under a rock or something though. I definitely have to watch both Reservoir Dogs and Goodfellas soon!! I’ve been meaning to for a long time.
