Recommendation for a good chiropractor in sf?

I don't have insurance so if you know anyone with a sliding scale that would rock. I'm a big chiropractor skeptic but I think I actually need it. Looking for someone caring and who takes time to explain what they're doing, not running into the next room constantly because they overbook.
