What solutions do you have for people who want you/others to do their work for them?

Asked by EgaoNoGenki (1164points) January 13th, 2010

What do you think should happen to them in order to change their lifestyle?

(For example, should they be taken to and dropped off in Africa so that the hardships they face there becomes a maturing experience?)

What other solutions do you recommend for those types of people?

Nothing for them, something for you: Either be the boss, or do as your told. Your question, but especially the details, are vague. Change their lifestyle? Dropped in Africa? Come on.

People who are a pain in the ass generally end up shunned. Perhaps that is like dropping them into Africa… When people become too annoying, too rude, too big of an ass, others just stop acknowledging their presence.

@Zen_Again I meant when people are not in a position to be a boss, and should do at least some of the work themselves…

Did you ever ask them to do your work?,if yes, take this as your payment for their kindness. You need to tell them that each person responsible for his/her own life.
Try to avoid doing their ‘command’ or they will continue this bad habit, and always say that you’re busy or have something more important business to deal with.

@EgaoNoGenki Nonetheless, I stand by what I said – and what my friends here have said as well.

What does it matter if they want you to do it? It’s your call if you do.
