On tumblr how do i get to "use custom html"? where is it?

i want to make a tumblr, i was pretty good about tweeking myspace layouts so yea i wanna take a shot at this, i cant find an answer anywhere!!!!!

Go to your page. In the upper right there will be a “Customize” button. Click that.

Now click on the “theme” button in the upper left.
