Do you know of any good online work out logs?

Asked by VanCityKid (579points) January 25th, 2010

Where you can enter your repetitions, sets, weight. Maybe has cool features which show your progress on a graph?

I know if I use paper I will lose it.

By logs, I thought you meant the physical things. A great deal of my exercise involved cutting, splitting and stacking firewood. It warms you twice, once in the preparation and then in the burning. Exercise with a purpose. If I have enough firewood laid by, I sometimes continue the porocess to donate anonymously to needy neighbors. Or I do 10k runs on my cross country skis, with a rifle in deer or moose season. The dressed carcasses again wind up anonymously on needy doorsteps.

I use My Fitness Pal. It’s free and you can enter in your food as well. Graphs that go back up to a few years.

Here is a free, printable one.

This doesn’t really allow you to enter sets or track progress, however I’ve found it very helpful. It is supposed to increase your vertical (which it certainly does) but also has workouts to truly help out your flexibility, strength, speed, and explosiveness. Here it is
