Harry Potter would be most obvious. Lord of the Rings, Narnia, Dean Kotz, Kindred, maybe Stephen King, Warcraft books

By far the best is a series called, The Sword of Truth, by Terry Goodkind. The first book on the series is called. The Wizards First Rule. They are truly amazing.

the Alvin Maker series… Can’t go wrong with Orson Scott Card. The books take place in an american frontier times, and has Native American lore in it. Alvin is the 7th son of a 7th son (a very special thing) and as such has amazing powers to create or destroy… Its good stuff. Check it out.

Check out this thread
Everyone seems to have listed their favorites there and I would say that the majority of them have magic in them….

Hey there I think Chronicles of narnia-entire series is a great read! I have read them all. I am eagerly waiting for the movie- Prince Caspian! It’s releasing on the 16th of May, 2008.
The trailers look promising!
I thought I’d share it here!
