I would love to help, really, but, are those the only details you have? A hundred sites could fit under the description. I really need any other info you might have before I can post anything effective. :S

Have you checked your browser’s cache? It might be there, if you’ve visited the site before.

I really wish I could remember more, but I’ve check all of my history and it is no where in there, I know it was a site for some sort of design company. I just cannot for the life of me find it again… very frustrating

Not enough for a Google search there. The flash splash page probably has nothing to get it indexed high in Google anyway. No text, just images and animation. If you can recall anything unique in text inside the site, after you click past the splach page, that might show up in a search.

What kind of design? Can you recall how you came upon the site – i.e. what kind of thing were you seeking, or what kind of sites you frequent?

If you found it using your current machine, then you can find it again yourself much easier than anyone can based on that little description. Go to your browser’s History and start searching based on when you might have been there. It might take awhile, but the site should be listed unless you’ve deliberately cleared the History, or your setup does that automatically.

Not enough details. Sorry.
