Horrible Constipation!! Please help!

Okay I have been constipated since Friday…It is now Monday night!!!! On Sat. night, i drank a whole bottle of that liquid mg citrate and i basically had butt piss all Sunday morning and now I can’t poop again!!! I’m insanely bloated (my mom says it looks like I gained 5 lbs) and I have horrible pains that come and go above my belly button. Please help, it’s painful and I have school tomorrow.
